About the founder:

Janine Cordier developed a passion for movement and mastering the body through her love for competitive gymnastics. The awareness of achieving muscular strength and reciprocal mental tenacity, as well as, gaining the ability to control her physique for the required movements developed a strong mind-body link. This has led her to want to share and impart her knowledge and passion on to others.

Pilates, strength training, sports massage, boot camp and more. I’m not picky as long as it gets you moving and having fun.

Personal Training

Individual and small group sessions that are designed to work all muscle groups, plus cardio training.

 

Sports Massage

Sports massage, prior to and after exercise, will enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.

 

Pilates

Whether you’re struggling with any condition or just wanting to achieve peak performance, pilates will correct postural alignment, increase core strength and improve muscular balance.
