Pilates

Pilates focuses on improving strength, increasing mobility and flexibility, correcting muscular imbalances, realigning and rehabilitating, as well as, increasing bone density. Our classes include: reformer, chair, wall unit and mat exercises with or without accessories. We also offer online classes.

Personal Training

Our personal training sessions are customisable and focus on a variety of options including: strength gain, improved muscle tone and increasing muscle mass, rehabilitation, osteoporosis, pregnancy, fat loss and sports specific training. We also offer online classes.
